Subject: Camera Help
Content: I recently purchased an Olympus FE-320 point-and-shoot camera for general photography. It also seems to work pretty well for animation if you change all the settings from AUTO to a specific value. However, the other day I saw some articles on Stopmotionworks.com that discussed the lifetime of cameras. The articles said most cameras last from 10,000 to 100,000 photos. I don't think my camera is a really cheap one, but I am still worried about it breaking. A camera is a significant expense for me, so I am a bit cautious. Should I worry? Also, what is a camera failure like; is it a gradual loss of quality or a sudden shutter failure? I would love any help.
