one of the biggest problems that new animators face is easingin and out, many of them try to make a constant smooth motion, that stops and starts instantly, this is what it will end up looking like:

no easing

not good eh? What humans (and all animals for that matter) do naturally is accelerate and decelerate not stop instantly (which is easing in and out). For example, when raising your arm like in the picture above, your movements will start out slow, the first one being barely noticeable then it will get alot faster in the middle, moving further each frame. At the end it will start to decelerate, each frame the movements will gradually start to get smaller, again at the end they should be barely noticeable until they slow to halt. this is what it should look like

easing

alot more natural!!

Nice. Its easing in and easing out though. I've created one on the same topic, but yours is great, so I'll do another.

So far so good guys. Once we get a few more I'll make the book. Right now I don't have time to write a section but I might take on a subject that is left that nobody else takes later on.

I think I'll claim Squash and Stretch. Hopefully I'll remember to make it.
