Wow, that 'Alone in the Dark' guy is a really accurate yet cartoony depiction of Edward Carnby. I like the colour of the gash on his cheek too. And have you installed an LED in the torch?
Thanks Tony! Yes, I installed 3 LED's in each Sculpt - One in the Flashlight/torch - One in the Gun - And one in the Lamp. Thanks again!
Hi Tony - you asked if you should stick to your original idea. It's up to you, I would just try to keep things simple at first so that you won't get let down with yourself if the project is too big. That happens to most animators, including with me. I story boarded a half hour film once and realized it was just too big for me to handle alone.
Hey Tony, are you making story boards for your troll film? Sometimes its best to do those so you can tell how much work you'll need to do. I usually use photoshop and premier. Is that what you use to do your drawings? Or are they usually scanned?
Wow, thanks man. That zombie is amazing and thanks for the compliment on the design. Like I have said to Marc, I don't tend to do colourful illustrations. I usually stick to dark, black and white sketches. But, obviously, that's hard to portray in a stop-motion puppet so, I had to do something newish. Is the blood on the zombie's shirt paint?
Sure thing, Thanks! I did him a few years back..Time really flys. Well your doing great for going in a new direction. I can't draw or design on paper at all. The blood on the Zombie re-make is enamel paint. Thanks for the comment!
